Suspect Fraud (Visa Debit Card or Visa Credit Card)?
If you suspect fraud has occurred with either your Visa Debit Card or Visa Credit Card here are some steps you can do, until you reach the Credit Union representative during business hours.
Visa Debit Card
Dowload/Access your RGVCU Mobile App
- Click on the “More” tab on the lower right-hand side
- 2. Click on the “Manage My Cards” on the top right-hand side
- At this point you have access to viewing details and two of the following actions can take place:
- Temporarily Lock Your Card
- Report Lost or Stolen

If you suspect fraud has taken place with Bill Pay (It’sMe247), please change your password as soon as possible and contact the Credit Union.
