Job Title: Teller
Department: Savings
Reports To: Branch Manager
Summary: Provides excellent service to Credit Union members by greeting them in a courteous, professional and timely manner, by name when possible. This position will require a thorough understanding of Credit Union products and services to ensure meeting member needs and complete member satisfaction.
Qualifications:
•High School diploma/GED is required
•A minimum of six (6) months of cash handling experience is preferred
•Excellent customer service skills
•Ability to maintain friendly demeanor when working under pressure
•Professional appearance and attitude
•Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
•Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds, bilingual skills a plus
•Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm

Job Title: Member Service Representative
Department: Savings
Reports To: MSR Supervisor and/or Branch Manager
Summary: Provides excellent service to Credit Union members by assisting with inquiries, requests, and/or problems in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. This position will require a thorough understanding of Credit Union products and services to ensure meeting members needs and complete member satisfaction.
Qualifications:
•High School diploma/GED is required
•A minimum of six (6) months of cash handling is required
•Ability to work at any of our five (5) locations
•Ability to handle cash and perform teller duties
•Excellent customer service skills
•Ability to maintain friendly demeanor when working under pressure
•Professional appearance and attitude
•Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
•Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds, bilingual skills a plus
•Versatility, flexibility and willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm

Job Title: Vice-President of Lending
Department: Loan
Reports To: EVP/CEO
Supervises: Loan Department Staff
Effective Date: Immediately
Summary: Direct and oversees all aspects of lending activity for the Credit Union and ensure effective and efficient operations and quality of member service.  Ensure compliance with lending policies, procedures and state and federal regulations. Oversee the regular operation of the collection department. Report to ALCO monthly on any activities that need to be addressed.
Qualifications:
•An equivalent mix of education and experience required
•At least five years’ experience in the financial industry is preferred
•Management experience is required
•Proven leadership skills, organizational skills and commitment to excellence
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to effectively communicate with members, management, and staff
•Strong organizational, problem-solving skills and ability to manage priorities
•Ability to work and excel in a team setting
