Suspect Fraud (Visa Debit Card or Visa Credit Card)?
If you suspect fraud has occurred with either your Visa Debit Card or
Visa Credit Card here are some steps you can do, until you reach the
Credit Union representative during business hours.

•Visa Debit Card - Dowload/Access your RGVCU Mobile App
1. Click on the "More" tab on the lower right-hand side
2. Click on the "Manage My Cards" on the top right-hand side
At this point you have access to viewing details and two of the following
actions can take place:
1. Temporarily Lock Your Card
2. Report Lost or Stolen
You can also call (833) 729-2844 for assistance with your Visa Debit Card.

If you suspect fraud has taken place with Bill Pay (It'sMe247), please change
your password as soon as possible and contact the Credit Union.

Debit Card/Credit Card Safety
We highly recommend all members avoid paying at the pump with
their debit card and or credit card. Due to the high number of skimming
incidents, we recommend members pay inside the store. We are working
diligently to protect all our members. Should you have any questions,
