IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT BILL PAY SERVICEOur bill pay service will NOT BE AVAILABLE from Wednesday, 7/31/13, 2:00 pm central time and will remain unavailable until Friday, 8/2/13. We are in the process of converting to a new bill pay provider. Due to unforeseen issues, we are unable to transfer all your current bill pay information to the new service and you will need to enter all your payee information into the new system. If you are not currently enrolled in RGVCU online, you will need to do so. For those of you already enrolled in RGVCU Online and the new enrollees, once the new bill pay service becomes available, you will simply click on the Bill Pay Tab once you have logged into RGVCU Online. (You will be using a single Sign-on for both the online banking and bill pay.) Our new bill pay service is called Check Free, which is a larger company than our current provider. While we know this is inconvenient, Check Free offers more security features and is more user-friendly and we feel it is a very positive change. Please go into our current bill pay site before 7/31/2013 and print any information for your current payees that you might want or need, especially if you do not get a statement from them. Due to security masking, we are only able to provide you with the last four digits of your payee account number. We can provide you with step by step instructions with screen shots that you might want to print out to help you get set up with the new program. We apologize for the inconvenience that this is causing you and if we need to help you make the change, please do not hesitate to bring your bills into the office and we will find someone to sit down with you and go through the process of getting your bills set up in Check Free.
